Midwest has been awesome and the dr and staff go way above and beyond to help you get into hearing aids if you can afford or not afford them. Stop in drink a cup of coffee eat some cookies and get that hearing test, for anyone that’s reading this review you found a place that doesn’t get you set up and pushed out the door.

Just completed my exam and decided to buy hearing aids - will be delivered in two weeks. I felt the exam was thorough. I felt like the audiologist listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. Overall, I was pleased with the procedure but will withhold final judgment until I get the hearing aids and find out if they actually help me. Update-happy with the hearing aids. Especially one on one conversations and tv watching. I’ve got to commend the staff as follow up appointments are productive as my aids are adjusted each time based on my feedback. No regrets here.

I winter in Florida and bought my Audible hearing aids down there but I had a problem with one and called Midwest Medical Hearing Centers and they got me in to the Monticello Store the next day. Very professional and very prompt. I will definitely go back.
