The Medical Center for Hearing, the staff have been nothing less than, very professional with each visit, They have been cordial, accommodating, respectful, and very welcoming! I don’t feel like I’m just a number or merely a name on the appointment book for the day. Appointments are easily done. Questions are addressed immediately, as well as any other concerns I may have at the time. Charlie and his partner who works on Saturdays are super! Topics of concern to me have been meticulously answered and throughly understood. Their office runs smoothly and could be ideally patterned after, for being a small business. ⭐️😄🏆

Just completed my exam and decided to buy hearing aids - will be delivered in two weeks. I felt the exam was thorough. I felt like the audiologist listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. Overall, I was pleased with the procedure but will withhold final judgment until I get the hearing aids and find out if they actually help me. Update-happy with the hearing aids. Especially one on one conversations and tv watching. I’ve got to commend the staff as follow up appointments are productive as my aids are adjusted each time based on my feedback. No regrets here.

I winter in Florida and bought my Audible hearing aids down there but I had a problem with one and called Midwest Medical Hearing Centers and they got me in to the Monticello Store the next day. Very professional and very prompt. I will definitely go back.
